everything starts with Hubby's request of me learning dancing...
he always wanted me to dance for him
according to him, dancing can make me more attractive &
it was a good exercise for me too
as i'm always lazy to wake up early in the morning to follow him go jogging @ workout...:P
ya... i've been very lazy doing exercise since i came back from NS
especially now i'm in uni busy-ing with all kinds of tests, assignments & exams...
i'd rather to have more half an hour sleep than to go out jogging...
but after his long-time advise...
& my fattening thigh...
i'd made up my mind to E.X.E.R.C.I.S.E.
i cant be lazy anymore...
i took up chair dance as my starting point as
it's abit simple can easy to be learned compared to other dances...
you can learn from several video clips from Flirty Girl Fitness from YouTube...
they are great...
it's really a good exercise as you've gotta move every part of your body
& it could be a good surprise for your loved one on some special occasions...:P
after days of hardwork, (p.s: i did do other workouts for my thighs of course)
my fattening thighs are becoming firmer compared to before...
i'm very happy with it...
i'll carry on with my routines & keep healthy...:)
